1.3 If we revise these Terms while your order is in progress, we will inform you and provide the option to cancel your order, with a full refund of payments made, including delivery charges.

Be at least 18 years of age or have parental/guardian consent.
Provide accurate and complete information when placing an order.
Use the website for lawful purposes only.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.
Purchasing Terms
Order Requirements: All orders must be paid in full before production begins. Work will not commence without full payment.
3.2 Custom Orders: For made-to-measure suits, if you do not provide your measurements through our staff, you must sign a Self-Measurement Liability Release Document before production starts.
3.3 Order Timeframes: Estimated delivery times are provided at the time of order but are not guaranteed. Changes to timeframes will be communicated promptly.
3.4 Changes to Orders: Once production begins, design, size, or logo changes cannot be accommodated without affecting delivery timelines and incurring additional costs.
Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
Your Right to Cancel: You have the legal right to cancel your order within a specified period (see section 4.3). Contact us via email at info@mraleathers.co.uk to cancel, providing your order details.
4.2 Exemptions: The right to cancel does not apply to:
Goods made to your specifications or personalised.
Orders where design work has already commenced (subject to a £50 administrative fee).
4.3 Cancellation Period: The cancellation period begins from the Dispatch Confirmation date.
4.4 Refunds:
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving returned Goods or cancellation notice.
Standard delivery costs will be refunded, up to the least expensive delivery option.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
4.5 Faulty or Mis-described Goods:
We will refund the full cost, including reasonable return costs, for faulty or mis-described items.
4.6 Returning Goods: Goods must be returned within 14 days of cancellation. A forwarding address will be provided upon notification.
Warranty and Product Care
We offer a 14-day warranty on all Goods not covered by a manufacturer’s warranty. This warranty guarantees the Goods will be free from material defects at delivery.
5.2 Exclusions:
General wear and tear, including crash damage.
Damage caused by improper use, storage, or accidents.
Failure to follow care instructions.
Unauthorised repairs or alterations.
5.3 This warranty does not affect your statutory rights. For defective Goods, you are entitled to a replacement or refund.
Delivery and Collection
Shipping Costs: All shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility. No Goods will be shipped or made available for collection until the balance is paid in full.
6.2 Shipping or Collection: Once your order is complete, we will notify you to arrange shipping or collection. Costs and options will be discussed at that time.
6.3 Failure to Pay: If the balance remains unpaid for 10 working days, we reserve the right to cancel the order and relist the Goods for sale.
User Conduct
When using our website, you agree to:
Not engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
Not disrupt or harm the website through hacking, phishing, or other malicious activities.
Respect intellectual property rights as outlined below.
