Sizing & Design Process

For your sizing appointment, please bring your base layers, as we measure with them on, just as you would while riding. We’ll take 26 precise measurements of your body to guarantee a perfect fit. Then, we’ll sit down with you to finalise your design, discussing colour preferences, patterns, logos, sponsors, and even bike images to ensure everything reflects your style.

Once we’ve crafted a design you’ll love, we’ll send it to you for approval. Don’t worry, if you’d like any changes, we’ll make them until you’re completely satisfied.

Manufacturing & Delivery

Once the design is approved, the manufacturing process begins, typically taking 3-5 weeks, depending on the time of year. After quality control, your suit will be sent out to you. If you’re local, you’re welcome to pick it up in person!

We also carry a range of accessories, including knee and elbow sliders, base layers, airbag canisters, and other essential items, just let us know what you need!

Our Pro-Tech Air V1 suit is crafted from 1.3mm soft grain cowhide milled leather, with 2.6mm leather in high-abrasion areas like the shoulders, elbows, knees, back, and hips, this suit is designed to keep you safe and stylish.

• Heavy-duty YKK zippers: Large brass zipper on the chest for easy access even with gloves on, and durable YKK zippers on the legs and arms for secure fitment.
• Lightweight mesh liner: Available in a variety of colours, offering breathability and comfort.
• Kevlar reinforcements: Doubling up leather and incorporating Kevlar stretch panels for extra durability and flexibility, ensuring both protection and performance.
• Triple-stitched main seams: French seam construction throughout the suit for enhanced strength and longevity.
• Neoprene cuffs: Positioned at the legs and arms for a snug fit, ensuring comfort inside your gloves and boots.
• Knee slider compatibility: A large Velcro patch for precise knee slider placement.
• Level 2 CE Approved armour: Protects the shoulders, elbows, back, hips, and knees with armour that’s easily accessible within internal pockets.
• Stretch panels: Strategically placed leather and Kevlar stretch panels allow for seamless airbag deployment and free movement while riding.
• GP Race Hump with zipper: For easy access to the airbag ECU/Brain without hassle.
• Replaceable knee and elbow sliders: Customise your look with different colour options.
• Mesh lining placement: Sewn into the suit to ensure the liner stays in place during removal.
• Inner pocket: Conveniently located within the liner for storing small essentials.
• Neoprene-lined low collar: Added comfort around the neck.
• Velcro chest protector attachment: Includes two Velcro patches inside the front, covered with leather tabs to avoid snagging when not in use.
